[June 11, 2023: Dallas, Texas] NetVia Group, a division of Epec Engineered Technologies and a premier U.S. manufacturer of high-reliability printed circuit boards (PCBs), has announced two major capital investments designed to further enhance quality, precision, and process control in its Dallas manufacturing facility.
NetVia has added a TongTai SDL-620 high-speed drill, known for its superior accuracy and multi-spindle flexibility, along with a complete upgrade to reverse pulse plating through the purchase of new dual rectification rectifiers. These moves are part of NetVia’s ongoing commitment to meet the increasingly demanding requirements of aerospace, defense, medical, and other mission-critical markets.
“These are not incremental upgrades; they are foundational improvements to the way we manufacture advanced PCBs,” said Ed McMahon, CEO of Epec. “By moving to reverse pulse plating and bringing in the SDL-620 drill, we’re elevating both quality and capability. This is what it takes to stay ahead in today’s high-tech electronics market.”
These investments align with NetVia’s strategy of operating as a fully integrated, high-mix, low-volume facility built for speed, complexity, and long-term reliability. Customers can now expect even tighter process control, better copper uniformity, and improved microvia integrity in every circuit board manufactured.
