NetVia Group is a ITAR registered manufacturer. You can download our ITAR certification here.
As a company who has been manufacturing printed circuit boards for the military and defense industries for over 70 years, we have been registered with the U.S. Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) to be International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant.
ITAR is a set of U.S. government guidelines that address the export and transfer of domestic items and technologies to protect the interests and safety of the United States, while maintaining a trade relationship with broader international community.
A company must follow certain requirements to stay in compliance with ITAR standards, mainly not allowing foreign nationals access to any data, information, or parts/products. For a company like Epec Engineered Technologies with operations in 5 different countries it required a significant amount of investment in IT infrastructure to assure that we would follow the ITAR regulations.
To learn more about ITAR, please visit the DDTC website.
If you have questions for NetVia Group or Epec, LLC regarding ITAR and how it relates to our business, please feel free to contact us.
ITAR requires that any person (company) who engages in the business of manufacturing defense articles or furnishing defense services is required to register and keep their registration current with the United States Department of State. Epec Engineered Technologies is registered with the Department of State.
Many companies claim that they are ITAR compliant, but haven't taken the proper steps to register with the Department of State. If you manage ITAR materials, it is your responsibility to assure that all of your suppliers have the proper registrations and follow the ITAR procedures. The Department of State interprets and enforces ITAR. Its goal is to safeguard US national security and further US foreign policy objectives.
We can meet IPC Class III, MIL-STD-31032, and AS9100 requirements on any technology we offer. As an ITAR registered PCB manufacturer, we build some of the most advanced circuit boards to top tier military and defense companies in the US.
